'Po' Panda Pudding Cups recipe

Chocolate cookie pieces are stirred into creamy chocolate pudding and topped with a decorated cookie

Makes: 4 servings (1 pudding cup each)


1/2 cup premier white morsels 

1/2 tablespoon Pure Wesson® Vegetable Oil

8 chocolate sandwich cookies, divided

Black cookie icing

White cookie icing

8 round green sprinkles

4 candy-coated chocolate pieces, cut in half

1 pkg (13 oz. each) Snack Pack® Chocolate Pudding


  1. Line a plate with waxed paper; set aside. Place morsels and oil in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds; stir. Microwave on HIGH 20 seconds more or until softened; stir until mixture is melted completely. Place 1 cookie in melted mixture, coating evenly with spoon. Remove with fork, letting excess drip off and place on lined plate. Repeat with 3 more cookies. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until set.
  2. Decorate each covered cookie with black icing to make eyes, nose and mouth. Top eyes with white icing and green sprinkles. Place a small dot of white icing on cut side of each candy half. Press 2 halves, icing-side down, above eyes on each cookie to resemble ears. Set aside.

Break remaining 4 cookies into small pieces; stir evenly into pudding cups. Top each with a decorated panda face cookie. Serve immediately.
