5 plastic cups (9-oz size)
1 pkg (13 oz each) Snack Pack® Vanilla Pudding
4 ounces 1/3 less fat cream cheese (Neufchatel), softened
1 can (15 oz each) solid-pack pumpkin
1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 pretzel rod, broken into 5 pieces
5 fresh mint leaves

Draw jack-o'-lantern faces on outside of plastic cups; set aside. Whisk together pudding and cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth.
Add pumpkin, sugar and pumpkin pie spice to pudding mixture; mix until blended.
Divide pumpkin mixture evenly between cups. Chill, if desired. Top each with pretzel piece and mint leaf just before serving.
If pumpkin pie spice is unavailable, substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger and 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
