PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
1 pkg (18.3 oz each) Duncan Hines® Chewy Fudge Brownie Mix
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons Blue Bonnet®
4 cups miniature marshmallows
4 cups crisp rice cereal
red, white and blue sprinkles

Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray bottom 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Stir together brownie mix, oil, eggs and water until blended, about 50 strokes. Pour into pan and bake according to package directions. Cool.
Spray large saucepan and rubber spatula with cooking spray. Melt Blue Bonnet over medium-low heat. Stir in marshmallow and cook just until marshmallows are about half melted. Stir in cereal.
Press crispy treats into the pan on top of cooled brownies. Top with sprinkles. Cool and cut into bars.
